We accept referrals from general practitioners, physicians, district hospitals, and health centres across Uganda. All referrals are triaged within one business day; urgent GI bleeding or suspected malignancy is prioritised for same-day or next-day review.
Submit referrals securely through our physician portal. Receive confirmation and appointment details within one business day.
Call our referral desk on +256 700 000 222, Mon โ Sat 8 am โ 5 pm. Speak directly with our triage nurse for time-sensitive cases.
Send a referral letter to referrals@mhkgastroclinic.ug. Include patient summary, relevant investigations, and reason for referral.
For district and rural health facilities, send referral information via WhatsApp to +256 700 000 333 with patient name and clinical summary.
